  • Offered above rates attract all Government Levied Taxes, which would be subject to revision if any changes happen in tax structure by GOVT.
  • On MAP meal plan, GST bifurcation shall be applicable as per GST term; Rooms (12%) & Food (18%) GST.
  • The rates above INR 7499/- would attract 18% taxes (GST) and would be subject to revision without any prior intimation.
  • Rate Confidentiality: Offered Room rates are not to be disclosed, directly or indirectly, to the client or any other Travel Agencies.
Package Inclusions:
  • CP Plan comprises accommodation with a buffet breakfast for staying guests.
  • Wi-Fi during stay.
  • Packaged drinking water in the rooms and restaurant during stay.
  • Tea/ coffee maker in all rooms (replenished every day).
  • Usage of Gym from 7:30 am-5pm.
Transportation:
  • Pune airport pick up and drop to and fro Hotel on sharing basis.
  • Group office pick up and drop to your office (IITM, Dr. Homi Bhabha Road, Pashan, Pune) at specified timings on sharing basis by AC Buses.
Rooms Terms & Cancellations Policy:
  • The rates offered above shall be liable towards 100% retention, if the cancellation is done within 24 hours prior to Guest arrival.
  • No Show would attract 100% retention charges.
  • Cancellation has to be informed at least 24 hours before in case of individuals and 2 weeks in case of groups.
  • The group check-in time is 1400 hrs. and check-out time is 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out will only be given subject to availability.
  • The special group rate is applicable subject to a minimum materialization of 25 rooms per night. In case the actual rooms are less than 25 then the Best Available Rates for those dates will be applicable.
  • INR 2,500 plus taxes will be charged for an extra person including breakfast. The mattress will be provided for the third occupant.
  • The rooms would be in a combination of twin and king bedrooms. Any other preferences of rooms will be subject to availability as the hotel is on a very high occupancy during your requested dates.
  • Same floor room will be subject to availability.

Booking Information:

  • Guest can secure their reservation by making 50% advance payment, balance payment as per the schedule.

Cancellations Terms & Conditions
  • All Cancellation should be intimated via Company's registered mail id to Hotel's Reservation ID: ssm@tiptophotel.in & reservations@tiptophotel.in
  • Any cancellation request within 72 hrs for check in or check out dates will attract full retention charges.
  • All no shows will be charged with full retention.
  • All prices are based on the guaranteed length of stay. Early Check-In will result in applicable charges.
  • Guests must inform of any early check outs at least 1 day (48 hrs) prior to departure.
  • For Group Booking - 10 rooms & above will be considered as group booking. The Cancellation / Retention charges for the same will be as per the hotel policy and will be intimated at the time of booking.
